Fashion and the Inauguration
Designer fashion took a back seat at the inauguration. Dressing was all about surviving the cold and reflected the multicultural taste of a democracy.

I really enjoyed this audio slideshow. It captured the historic moment of inauguration day — people dressed in fur coats and blankets, African and Native Americans in traditional attire. The narration was beautiful - especially when he paused for silence. There was also a variety of photos in different sizes. I think that added depth to the project. It really made an impact.
